Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced beef salami
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket and pre-cook at 375°F for 2 minutes to stiffen the base.
- Spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with the beef salami slices and diced green peppers.
- Air fry at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown.
- Garnish with dried oregano before slicing.
