Description

A quick and easy pizza recipe using flour tortillas as the base, topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, beef salami, and green bell peppers, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy result.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced beef salami
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket and pre-cook at 375°F for 2 minutes to stiffen the base.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border for the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Top with the beef salami slices and diced green peppers.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown.
