Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 2 fuji apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spray an 8×8 baking pan with baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, and apples.
- In a second bowl, sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
