Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 stalks celery, very finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, minced celery, and garlic powder until just combined; do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into small, golf-ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Toss the hot meatballs in the sauce until fully glazed.
