Description

A rich and savory baked dip featuring cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and plenty of garlic, topped with melted, bubbly cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
  • For serving: Baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.
  4. Spoon the dip mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish (e.g., an 8×8 inch dish or a small gratin dish).
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden brown.
  7. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
  8. Serve hot with baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference for intensity.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
  • This dip is best served immediately while hot and bubbly.
