Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
- For serving: Baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.
- Spoon the dip mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish (e.g., an 8×8 inch dish or a small gratin dish).
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden brown.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
- Serve hot with baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips.
