Description

A healthy, no-bake edible cookie dough made with cottage cheese for a creamy, protein-rich treat that’s perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the blended mixture into a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually fold in the almond flour and protein powder, stirring until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • This recipe is gluten-free and high in protein due to the cottage cheese and protein powder.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Not suitable for baking; it’s meant to be eaten raw as cookie dough.
