Description

A simple and flavorful recipe for grilled chicken breast, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, as needed
  • Olive oil (for rubbing chicken)
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim chicken breasts.
  3. Pat down with paper towels, if needed.
  4. Using a meat tenderizer, pound each piece of chicken into an even thickness.
  5. Rub olive oil evenly over top.
  6. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika and chili powder.
  7. Rub evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  8. Grill chicken 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until the center is no longer pink and a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160ºF to 165°F.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
