Description

Easy no-bake Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels made with flour tortillas, deli turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, spinach, and pecans for a quick appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin, even layer of the softened cream cheese across the entire surface of each tortilla, leaving a tiny border at the very edge.
  2. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese and spread it out as well as possible.
  3. Layer the deli turkey slices over the cranberry sauce, followed by a layer of fresh baby spinach leaves and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
  4. Starting from one end, roll the tortillas up as tightly as possible to create a firm cylinder.
  5. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them hold their shape.
  6. Once chilled, remove the plastic and use a sharp serrated knife to slice the rolls into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Notes

  • These pinwheels can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • For best results, use a serrated knife to slice without squishing the rolls.
