Description
Easy no-bake Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels made with flour tortillas, deli turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, spinach, and pecans for a quick appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
- 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Spread a thin, even layer of the softened cream cheese across the entire surface of each tortilla, leaving a tiny border at the very edge.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese and spread it out as well as possible.
- Layer the deli turkey slices over the cranberry sauce, followed by a layer of fresh baby spinach leaves and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortillas up as tightly as possible to create a firm cylinder.
- Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them hold their shape.
- Once chilled, remove the plastic and use a sharp serrated knife to slice the rolls into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Notes
- These pinwheels can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- For best results, use a serrated knife to slice without squishing the rolls.
