Description
A simple and refreshing layered dessert or breakfast made with creamy Greek yogurt sweetened with honey, crunchy granola, and fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups fresh granola
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Select four clear glasses or jars for assembly.
- Place a layer of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
- Follow with a layer of granola, then a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a sprinkle of granola and a few berries on top.
Notes
- This recipe is best served immediately to maintain the crunch of the granola.
- Customize with your favorite fruits or nuts for variety.
