Description

A simple and refreshing layered dessert or breakfast made with creamy Greek yogurt sweetened with honey, crunchy granola, and fresh strawberries and blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups fresh granola
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. Select four clear glasses or jars for assembly.
  3. Place a layer of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
  4. Follow with a layer of granola, then a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a sprinkle of granola and a few berries on top.

Notes
