Description

A classic and crowd-pleasing Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe featuring Frank’s RedHot sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and blue cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon into a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions and additional blue cheese, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers and/or cut up veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more Frank’s RedHot® sauce.
  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and more blue cheese before serving if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.
