A spooky and delicious Ghost S’mores Dip perfect for Halloween or any fall gathering, featuring a creamy chocolate and peanut butter base topped with toasted marshmallows decorated as ghosts.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 (12-oz.) bag large marshmallows
- Mini chocolate chips, for decorating
- Graham crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a medium oven-safe skillet or an 8″ square baking dish with butter.
- Scatter milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in an even layer in the prepared skillet.
- Arrange marshmallows on top of the chips in a single layer.
- Bake until marshmallows are golden and puffed, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Immediately add 2 mini chocolate chips to each marshmallow to create ‘ghost eyes’.
- Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
