Description

A spooky and delicious Ghost S’mores Dip perfect for Halloween or any fall gathering, featuring a creamy chocolate and peanut butter base topped with toasted marshmallows decorated as ghosts.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 (12-oz.) bag large marshmallows
  • Mini chocolate chips, for decorating
  • Graham crackers, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a medium oven-safe skillet or an 8″ square baking dish with butter.
  2. Scatter milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in an even layer in the prepared skillet.
  3. Arrange marshmallows on top of the chips in a single layer.
  4. Bake until marshmallows are golden and puffed, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven. Immediately add 2 mini chocolate chips to each marshmallow to create ‘ghost eyes’.
  6. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
