Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop (about 25g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A handful of ice cubes (about ½ cup)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, protein powder, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Top with a dash of cinnamon if desired.
