Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken in the skillet, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
