Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
