Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) package Oreo cookies
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (12 ounce) package white candy melts or white chocolate chips
- Black edible food marker
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Finely crush Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white candy melts or white chocolate chips according to package directions (microwave or double boiler).
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Gently tap off excess chocolate.
- Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet and let the chocolate set completely.
- Once set, use a black edible food marker to draw Jack Skellington’s face onto each pop.
- Serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
- If using white chocolate chips, you may need to add a teaspoon of vegetable shortening to help them melt smoothly.
- Allow the chocolate coating to set completely before drawing the faces to prevent smudging.
- These pops can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
