Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (sugar-free, check labels for keto compliance)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions (for garnish, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the cheddar cheese (1/2 cup). Season with salt and pepper.
