Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (sugar-free, check labels for keto compliance)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions (for garnish, optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the cheddar cheese (1/2 cup). Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
