Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cooked bacon bits, chopped chives, extra shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
