Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips
- 4 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- ½ medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp fine salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
