  2. Wash the honeynut squash thoroughly.
  3. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and stringy bits.
  4. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  6. Carefully flip the squash halves and drizzle with olive oil.
