Description

A simple and delicious meatloaf recipe that uses Stove Top Stuffing for a flavorful and moist result.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, water and HALF of the ketchup.
  3. Place the mixture into a greased bread loaf pan.
  4. Spread the remaining ketchup over top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.
  6. Allow the meatloaf to set for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Any flavor of Stove Top Stuffing can be used.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160° F for safe consumption.
