A simple and delicious meatloaf recipe that uses Stove Top Stuffing for a flavorful and moist result.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, water and HALF of the ketchup.
- Place the mixture into a greased bread loaf pan.
- Spread the remaining ketchup over top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.
- Allow the meatloaf to set for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Any flavor of Stove Top Stuffing can be used.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160° F for safe consumption.
