Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and alcohol-free vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats and the milk of your choice.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the oats until well distributed.
- Layer half of the chopped strawberries into the mixture and stir lightly.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours, to allow the oats to hydrate and soften.
- In the morning, top with the remaining fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey before enjoying.
