Description

A creamy, no-bake breakfast that mimics the flavors of strawberry cheesecake, combining rolled oats with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, fresh strawberries, and a touch of sweetness for an easy overnight preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and alcohol-free vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats and the milk of your choice.
  3. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the oats until well distributed.
  4. Layer half of the chopped strawberries into the mixture and stir lightly.
  5. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours, to allow the oats to hydrate and soften.
  6. In the morning, top with the remaining fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey before enjoying.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free milk and yogurt alternatives for a vegan version.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Best consumed within 2-3 days from the fridge.
