Description
A refreshing and healthy sweet peach smoothie recipe, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. It features fresh or frozen peaches, orange, banana, and ginger, blended until smooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peaches fresh or frozen
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- ½ banana peeled
- 1 tsp ginger root
Instructions
- Chop and measure fruit.
- Toss ingredients into blender in this order: oranges, peaches, banana and ginger. Blend on high until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed to eliminate any chunks and add a splash of water if too thick.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- Add serving of homemade protein powder to turn into a meal replacement.
- Freeze fresh peaches before blending (or buy frozen) for a colder smoothie.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon to bring in some peach pie smoothie vibes.
- Add in 1/4 cup water, coconut water or unsweetened, non-dairy milk to thin it out, if needed.
