Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups milk (almond, cashew, or regular)
- ½ cup cold water (or ice cubes)
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder (approximately 1 cup total)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients: Add the blueberries (frozen or fresh), your choice of milk, cold water (or ice cubes), and vanilla protein powder to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker shake, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
