Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approx. 1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork until they are smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk until the wet ingredients are fully integrated.
- Add the oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder to the bowl, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet in rounded tablespoons.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown and set to the touch. Let them rest on the sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
