Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Place the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla, and instant coffee in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the wet blended mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in most of the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle the remaining chips on top, and bake for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting to ensure a fudgy texture.
