  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, plus extra for the top


Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F and preparing an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or a light coating of oil.
