Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a standard 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced zucchini, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading it out into an even, flat layer.
- Top the casserole with the shredded mozzarella and a final dusting of grated parmesan cheese.
