Description
High-protein frozen bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, topped with chocolate chips and sea salt for a delicious, easy-to-make snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup 5% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup into a large bowl and whisk until the texture is light, fluffy, and well-incorporated.
- Line a standard loaf pan with a sheet of parchment paper, leaving enough at the edges to act as a handle later.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it into an even layer using an offset spatula.
- Evenly sprinkle the mini chocolate chips and a touch of flaky sea salt over the top of the mixture.
- Transfer the loaf pan to the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the slab is frozen solid through the center.
- Lift the frozen block out of the pan using the parchment handles and place it on a cutting board.
- Using a heavy chef’s knife, slice the slab into small bite-sized squares and enjoy immediately, or store in a freezer-safe bag for future snacking.
Notes
- Store in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.
- Allow bites to soften slightly at room temperature for easier eating.
- Customize with nuts or other toppings if desired.
