Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a wide-mouth mason jar, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener.
- Stir the mixture vigorously until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
