Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a wide-mouth mason jar, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener.
  2. Stir the mixture vigorously until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  5. Give the oats a quick stir before eating the next morning.

  • Customize with additional fruits or nuts for variety.
  • Best consumed within 2-3 days from the fridge.
